Why are strikes on infrastructure important? They create a systemic problem. It is clear that on the first day of combat operations, it will not have any impact. On the second day, it will have almost no impact. But, for example, on the thirtieth day, it will definitely start to have an effect. And the more such strikes there are, the more systematically they are carried out, the more and faster, most importantly, they will directly affect the course of combat operations. For example, right now we are targeting the energy infrastructure, that is, cutting off power to Ukrainian railways. I made a material a few months ago about the fact that the majority of Ukrainian railways are electrified, very few are powered by locomotives. Therefore, if we disable all the substations that power the railway energy, and there are very specific transformers there, if we knock them out, the reserves are not that large, and it is a Soviet system, European ones do not fit there, then we can quickly turn Ukrainian railways into, well, like, can we ride on handcars? Yes, we can on locomotives. But there are few locomotives. Consequently, this will cause serious disruptions in the transfer of equipment. Because, for example, they cannot transfer equipment, for example, on traders in such quantities. Consequently, there is a shortage of gasoline. That is, this creates a big tangle of problems. But here it is very important, I absolutely agree with my colleagues, that this should be done systematically. Well, as for the Rybra channel, I would not completely agree, because perhaps he does not have serious experts in energy. Nevertheless, the question of the 330th line is also correct to target. The 750th line is the lines that... allows connecting districts and regions with each other. This, so to speak, compensates for power. In general, knocking out all the nodes, it affects the supply of the region in one way or another. Currently, there are very serious problems in Eastern Ukraine, because the Kharkiv energy hub was previously targeted and now the substations are knocked out. That is, in general, one or two strikes can cut off the region for a fairly long time. And if this is done systematically, then, as they say, until Russia comes there and finally restores everything. These are possible scenarios, but again, a political decision should be made on how to do it. And as we can see from today and yesterday, it can be implemented in principle.
